Referral Program FAQ
| Q. Who can make referrals? Do I need to be an existing AFG Customer? A. Anyone can make a referral. You do not need to be an existing AFG customer to make referrals. Q. How do I make a referral? A. You can make a referral by calling 506-388-3805 or emailing your referrals to info@afgsecurity.com Q. Can I make more that one referral? A. Yes, please do. You can refer as many friends, family, co-workers, etc. that you like. Each referral that activates monitoring service with AFG will entitle you to a $25 reward after the new account has been active for 90 days. Q. When will I receive my referral reward? A. If someone you referred activates a new or existing system for monitoring with AFG, you'll receive your $25 reward after the new account has been active for 90 days. Q. How will I receive my $25 reward? A. AFG customers will receive a $25 credit to their monitoring account after the new account has been active for 90 days. Non-AFG customers will receive a check within 3-4 weeks of the new account being active for 90 days. Q. What information will I need to provide when making a referral? A. You'll need to provide your name, address, phone number and email if available. You'll also need to provide the name(s), address(es), phone number(s), and email(s) of those you're referring. Q. What happens if someone is referred by more than one person? A. Those referred to AFG by more than one individual may only claim a single $25 reward. Likewise, the first individual on record as making the referral will be the only party eligible for the referring reward. |
